Due to the large number titles emailed to me, I can't guarantee that each title will be used. But I do guarantee that my monkeys will ponder extensively over each one.

What is your shipping and return policy?

THERE ARE NO REFUNDS. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Bloomengine is not responsible for any damages incurred by the shipping process. However, if the product has been damaged, please contact me and I will try to resolve the problem.

For U.S. orders, please allow 7-10 business days for your order to be processed and shipped. For Canadian orders, please allow 14-21 business days. For the possibility of faster delivery or for international orders, please contact me.

If we intend to use your personal email address, or other personal information you provide, to inform you about other matters, such as new products we provide, we will notify you and give you an opportunity to decline to receive such communication.

Bloomengine does not supply any of your personal information to other companies for any purpose without your written consent, unless required to do so by law. We share your personal information internally, only as necessary, with staff who need it to complete your request.
